Ingredients – Onion Raitha Recipe

Onion – 1 Big
Curd/Yogurt – 1 cup
Coriander Leaves – 1 tspn
Green Chillies- 1
Salt – To Taste
- Peel and slice onion. I like to have grated onion, hence i have grated it here. Chop the Coriander leaves and green chillies.
- Mix onion, chopped coriander leaves and green chillies into curd and mix them slowly. Add salt to taste.
- Onion raitha is now ready to serve.
- Add salt with more care as it might spoil the taste if even a little bit quantity increases.
