- Whisk the Yogurt well to get the smooth consistency. Cut open cucumber. Remove the seeds. Grate them Add the grated Cucumber into the Yogurt. Ad very little salt and Mix them. Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
- Cucumber Raitha is now ready.
- Add salt with care as it requires only little salt.
Cucumber raitha is served along side Spicy Main course dishes like Briyani. Its also served alongside Pulaos, Variety Rice, Paratas and roti.
