Ingredients
- 1 Cup Cow’s Milk / Coconut Milk
- 2 Tablespoon ChiaSeeds
- Required Refined Sugar / Honey`
- 1 Medium Banana Slices
Instructions
- I have taken boiled and cooled cows milk. If you are adding refined sugar add it in this stage. Add in chia seeds.
- Leave it for 2 hours or overnight. If you are soaking it overnight leave it in the refrigerator.
- Layer it in a glass. Place some sliced bananas on top of it. If you are adding honey add it in this stage.
- A healthy breakfast option to enjoy on a busy week day.
Notes
- Chia Seeds Absorbs water in the ratio 1:10.
- Sugar can be replaced with honey for a healthier option.
