Cucumber Juice / Vellarikai Juice
Cucumber Juice / Vellarikai Juice is a hydrating drink.
Ingredients
- 4 Cucumber Small
- ½ Lemon
- Sugar to taste
Instructions
- Wash and clean the Cucumber. Chop Cucumber with the skin. Add the chopped pieces in a blender. Squeeze in the lemon juice. Add sugar. Blend them together. Strain the extract and filter out the juice.
- Hydrating Lemon Juice is ready to serve.
Notes
- Substitiute honey for sugar to make the juice even more healthy.
- My personal favourite is adding salt instead of sugar.
- Using the cucumber with skin give nice greenish color to the juice and healthy too.
- The color of the juice completely depends on the type of cucumber used.
Try cucumber juice and stay hydrated all day.
