Murungai Poo / Drumstick Blossom – 1 Cup
Onion – 1
Garlic – 1/4 teaspoon
Curry Leaves few
Dry red Chillis – 3
Oil- 1 tablespoon
Mustard – 1/4 teaspoon
Split Urad Dal – 1/4 teaspoon
Coconut – 2 tablespoon
Salt to Taste

Remove the sticks from the drumstick blossoms and clean it. Heat oil in a Pan. Add Mustard and Urad dal and allow to splutter. Add Onion and Garlic and saute into glossy.
Add curry leaves and saute them. Add dry red chillis and drumstick blossom and saute them.
Add turmeric powder and saute it. Add 1 tablespoon of water. Saute until the drumstick blossom is cooked well, Add Coconut and saute it for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame and keep it closed for 5 minutes.
Drumstick blossom stir fry is now ready to serve.
Drumstick Blossom stir fry can be served as a side dish with steam rice and sambar or any other veg gravy.
