Ingredients
- 100 Grams Black Sesame Seeds
- 4 Dry Red Chillis
- Tamarind Amla Sized
- 8 Garlic cloves small
- Salt to taste
- Curry Leaves a Spring
Instructions
- Dry roast all the ingredients.
- Cool them down.
- Blend them into a coarse powder.
Notes
- Black sesame seeds are very well suited for this recipe.
- 1 tablespoon of Channa dal and Urad dal can also be added along to this recipe
- Sesame chutney powder is extra spicy and tangy to be suitable to be have with plain idlis, dosas or rice.
