Homemade Ginger Garlic Paste
Garlic – 2 full
Ginger Peeled – 2 inch piece
Oil – 1 teaspoon (optional)
Salt – to taste

- Wash ginger and wipe it dry. Peel and Chop ginger. Grind the Ginger and Garlic in a blender along with salt.
- Make sure the container spoons and the blender does not have even a single drop of water. Else the paste might not last for long.
- Ginger garlic paste keeps good for weeks in refrigerator.
- If your blender does not cooperate add a tablespoon of oil to blend into a smoothe paste.
