Pattani Sundal / Green Peas Sundal is a healthy snacking. For Increased health benefits sprouted green peas can be used. Sprouting is completely optional for this recipe. Veggies like Raw Mango and Carrot is also added. Addition of raw mangos gives in a nice tangy taste and carrots add more crunch. I would call it a favourite time pass snack.
