Pudalangai – 200gms
Oil- 1 tablespoon
Mustard- 1 teaspoon
Jeera – 1 teaspoon
Onion – 1
Curry Leaves – few
Cilli Powder – 1 teaspoon
Corn Flour – 2 teaspoon
Salt to Taste
Step by Step Photos on how to make Pudalangai Stir Fry:
- Cup open the pudalangai. Remove the center portion. Chop the pudalangai.
- Add chilli Powder, Corn flour and salt into pudalangai and mix it. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a Pan. Add Mustard and allow to splutter. Add Jeera allow to splutter. Add onion and Curry leaves. Saute until glossy. Add Pudalanagi and saute it. If it is too dry sprinkle2 tablesooon of water and saute it until cooked.
- Pudalanagi Stir Fry is now ready.
Pudalangai Stir fry can be served along side steamed rice and Rasam or any other veg gravy.
