Ingredients
1CupCabbage Grated
1OnionChopped
1Green Chillies
2TablespoonMoong Dal
1SpringCurry Leaves
½TeaspoonMustard
1TablespoonOil
Instructions
Soak the moong dal in water for 10 minutes.
Chop cabbage and onion and set aside. I have grated cabbage as i feel this is the easier way. Or it can be chopped or can be chopped in a food processor.
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard and wait until it splutters. Add the soaked Moong dal and fry it for 2 minutes. and Add onion, green chilli and curry leaves and fry them until onion becomes glossy.
Add the chopped cabbage and cook them. Add salt to taste. Just sprinkle a tablespoon of water if required. Do not add any more water.
