Instructions
Chop drumstick into 2 inch pieces. Cut open them and set aside.
Grind all the ingredients mentioned under to grind and paste into a paste and blend them into a smooth paste.
Heat Oil in a frying Pan. Add in Jeera and allow it to splutter. Add curry leaves and saute them.
Add drumstick and saute then for few minutes.
Add in the ground coconut paste, sambar powder and cook them.
Cook until the drumstick is cooked well.
Nutritious Murungaikai Aviyal ready to be served with Rice and any simple gravy.
Notes
While buying murungikai choose smooth ones. The Hard ones are bitter in taste.
