Nannari(Sarsaparilla root Syrup) Sharbet
Instructions
Peel the outer skin of the palm fruit. Chop them into smaller pieces.
Take a serving cup. Add in some Nannari Sharbet. Place all the chopped palm fruit pieces.
Add a tablespoon of nannari on the top. Place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
After some time it turns to be a little watery. The delicious Nungu Sharbet is now ready to enjoy.
Notes
Tender fruits are apt for this drink.
In shops this drink is served with the outer skin. But i love to have it without the skin.
Nannari Sharbet can be replaced with any squash(like Pineapple, Khus, Rose, mango or anything else).
