  • 1 Cup Murungai Poo
  • 1 Small Onion Chopped
  • 4 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves Chopped
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Chilli powder
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Gram Flour
  • 1 Chopped Red Chillis
  • Water as Required
  • Salt to Taste
  1. Remove all the stems from the drumstick Blossom. Take them in a mixing Bowl.
  2. Add in chopped onion and Coriander leaves.
  3. Add in Gram flour, Chilli powder, Coriander powder, Turmeric powder and salt to taste.
  4. Add in required water and make them into a thick pasty consistency.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  6. When the oil is hot enough simmer the flame. Take 1 tablespoon of batter and drop into hot oil. Deep fry them.
  7. Once done then, remove from oil and place them in an absorbent paper so that the excess oil is absorbed.
  8. Serve them hot with a cup of tea
