Ingredients
  • 20 Jackfruit Arils Medium
  • 3/4 Cup Jaggery Powder
  • 3 Cardamom
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 2 Tablespoon Ghee
  • 1 Tablespoon Nuts
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Add jaggery powder and water in a cooking pan. Start heating it until the jaggery dissolves. Filter it to remove any lumps. 

  2. Heat ghee in a pan. Add the nuts and dry fruits and roast it. Remove the dry fruits from the ghee.

  3. Remove the seeds from the Jackfruit arils. Grind them into a paste in a blender. Add the paste into the ghee.

  4. Remove the seeds from the Jackfruit arils. Grind them into a paste in a blender. Add the paste into the ghee.

  5. Add Cardamom. Stir continuously, until the mixture reaches the halwa consistency.Garnish with nuts and dry fruits. Jackfruit Halwa is not ready to serve.
