Its still hot here in my place. So obviously popsicle became my first option. Fruit Jello Popsicle are simple but a great delight. Check Out other Popsicle recipes here.
Fruit Jello Popsicle
Fruit Jello Popsicle is a colorful Delight.
Ingredients
- 200 Grams Fruit Jello
- 2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 Cups Water
- Required Refined Sugar
Instructions
- Squeeze out the juice from a lemon. Add in water and stir it.
- Add in required sugar. Get ready with the popsicle mold.
- Add in the jellos into the popsicle molds. Fill them with lemon juice.
- Add in a popsicle stick. Freeze until they harden. I had frozen it for 6 hours.
- After 6 hours i took out the Popsicle from the freezer and left in the kitchen counter. The climate here is hot enough that i could easily pull out the popsicles from the mold in just 2 minutes.
- I had used only one color for a popsicle.
Notes
- The number of popsicles purely depends on the type of the Popsicle mold used.
- I simply filled half of the popsicle mold and let it freeze and then filled the remaining half. Else the Jello’s would settle to the bottom.
- Dont have a popsicle mold even paper cups can be used as popsicle molds.
- Are you finding it difficult to pull out the pops from the mold. Not a problem place it in running tap water. The tap water is in room temperature and hence it helps to loosen the pops in the mold. Now you can easily pull out the pops.
- The original recipe called out for sprite instead of lime juice. But i loved this lime juice version.
- Fruit jello can be replaced by Candy Bean, Gems, Gummy Bear or any other candies that would not dissolve quickly.

Those are stunning! So beautiful ! But I'm confused, did you make jello and then cut it into cubes? Or is that a candy?
