Capsicum Roasted Channa Dal fry
Capsicum Roasted Channa Dal fry is a side dish to be served with Rotis.

Ingredients
- 1 Big Capsicum
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard
- 2 Medium Garlic pods
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Chilli Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 2 Tablespoon Roasted Channa Dal
- 1 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- Blend the roasted Channa Dal in a blender and blend them into a fine powder.
- Heat oil in a wok and add in mustard and allow them to splutter.
- Add in onion and saute until glossy.
- Add in capsicum and saute them for few minutes.
- Add in salt to taste.
- Add in turmeric powder, Chilli powder and Coriander powder and saute until the masalas blend well.
- Add in the roasted channa dal powder and saute them until it blends completely.
- Finally garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
- Serve hot with chapathis.

- Heat oil in a wok. Add in mustard and allow them to splutter. Add in chopped Garlic and saute for few minutes.
- Add onion and saute until glossy. Add in the chopped capsicum. saute for 2 minutes.
- Add in Salt and turmeric powder and saute for few minutes.
- Blend Roasted channa dal into a fine powder.
- Add in coriander powder and chilli powder and saute for 3 minutes. After that add in the ground channa dal powder and keep sauting.
- Saute until the powder blends well with the capsicum. Finally garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
