Ingredients:
Curd / Yogurt – ½ Cup
Garlic – 15 pods
Cumin Seeds – 1 teaspoon
Oil – 1 teaspoon
Coriander Leaves – 1 teaspoon (optional)
Salt – To Taste
Step by Step Photos on how to make Garlic Raitha:
- Take Yogurt in a bowl. Whisk it to make even consistency. Set aside. Heat oil in a pan. Add in the Cumin Seeds and allow it to splutter. Add in the chopped garlic pods.
- Saute until the Garlic pods are roasted well. Cool them a bit. Add them into the whisked yogurt, Add salt to taste. Mix them slowly.
Garlic Raitha is now ready to serve.
Tips:
- Add salt carefully as yogurt takes very little salt.
- Garnishing with Coriander leaves is another option.
