Grape Lassi is a wonderful option this summer to quench your thirst. Grapes have cooling effect hence they are very good options for this Summer. Addition of Grapes and Curd together gives out very good taste. I have used seedless grapes so it is easy to blend them and consume.
The other variety of grapes with seeds can also be used. In that case the process used is different. Cook the grapes with water and sugar until the skin of the grapes starts peeling. Switch off the flame and allow the mixture to cool down. Mash them and drain them through a sieve. By this method we can get rid of the seeds in the grapes. Now this drained grape extrack can be used with curd to prepare lassi.

Grape Lassi is a sweet and tangy Lassi
Servings: 2
Ingredients
- ¾ Cup Water
- ½ Cup Black Seedless Grapes
- 2 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1.5 Cup Thick Curd
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender. The Lassi is ready.
I loved the beautiful violetish, purplish color whatever color it is. Me and my little girl had a good time with this lassi.
