A granita – the ice crush, is a frozen dessert made from sugar, water and assorted flavours. They are wonderful desserts. Some common granita flavors are citrus, fruit, coffee and tea. I am sharing Green Grapes Granita Recipe here. The texture of granita is coarser and flakier. It’s crunchy at the first spoonful and then melts deliciously in your mouth. On a hot summer’s day, no refreshment beats it revitalizing taste. I have used seedless grapes for this recipe if using regular grapes which has seeds then follow the process mentioned in Black Grape Granita to remove the seeds.
