Potato Raitha, A Simple raitha and a Variation from the regular Onion raitha. Potatoes are boiled and then roasted in oil with jeera. Then added into yogurt. Roasted potatoes and curd combined and tastes simply yummy. It goes well with any Pulao or Rotis. I made Potato Raitha for the first time and i simply loved it.
