Preparing the same dosa every time for breakfast is boring at times. Tomato Dosa is a good and healthy variant. It can be prepared for breakfast or dinner. It has a beautiful Orange color which makes it so attractive and yes it is delicious too. It is a spicy tangy and delicious dosa. It is rich in protein due to the addition of the dals. It goes well with Coriander Coconut chutney or Coconut Chutney.
