Fish Podimas / Fish Burji / Scrambled Fish is a simple and easy side dish to be served with rice.

  • 4 Slices Sear Fish Fried or Boiled
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil For scrambling egg
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil for Sauting fish
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • Curry Leaves Fistful
  • 1 Teaspoon Fennel Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
  1. Heat oil in a wok. Add in the eggs. Add in salt to taste and black pepper powder.

  2. Scramble the eggs and cook them.

  3. Remove the eggs from the kadai and set aside.

  4. Add in oil into the same kadai. Add in Mustard and allow them to splutter.

  5. Add in onion and curry leaves and saute them.

  6. Take the Fried fish or boiled fish. Remove the Bones and the skin from the fish and scramble them.

  7. Add in the scrambled fish into the kadai. Saute for few minutes.

  8. Add in Turmeric powder, Fennel Powder, Chilli powder and Coriander. Add in salt to taste.

  9. Saute until the masalas are cooked.

  10. Switch off the flame.

  11. Scrambled fish is now ready to serve.
