Ingredients
½CupBlack Channa
1TeaspoonOil
½TeaspoonMustard
1SpringCurry Leaves
2Dry Red Chilli
¼Asafoetida Powder
Saltto taste
2TablespoonCoconutGrated
Instructions
Soak channa for atleast 4 hours.
Add them into a pressure cooker and add in required water and add in salt to taste. Pressure cook for 3 whistles in medium flame. Switch off the flame and allow the pressure to release on its own. Open the pressure cooker and drain the extra water.
Heat oil in a wok. Add in mustard and allow them to splutter.
Add in dry red chilli and asafoetida. Add in Black channa.
Mix gently. Add in Coconut and switch off the flame.
