Mutton Masala is a flavourful and tasty dish to be served with rice or rotis.

For Spice Powder

For Mutton Masala

Instructions
For Spice Powder
Dry roast Coriander seeds, Fennel Seeds, Dry red Chilli and Black Pepper.
Cool them down and blend into a fine powder. Set it aside.
To Pressure Cook
Add Mutton pieces, Onion, Tomato, Turmeric Powder, Salt and Required water into a pressure cooker.
Close the pressure cooker and cook for 5 whistles in medium flame or until the mutton is cooked tender.
Switch off the flame. Allow the pressure cooker to settle down on its own.
For Mutton Masala
Heat oil in a wok.
Add in Mustard and Cumin Seeds. Allow them to splutter.
Add in onion and saute for few minutes.
Add in Curry Leaves. Add Ginger Garlic paste and saute until the masalas are cooked well.
Drain the water and add in them cooked Mutton Pieces.
Add in the Ground Spice powder. Cook until the mutton and the Masala powder is cooked well.
Mutton Masala is now ready to serve.
Notes
Adjust the Mutton masala as per your requirement. Mine is a spicy version
