Instructions
Clean and Chop the Calamari / Squid
Heat Oil in a Wok. Add in Cumin and let it splutter.
Add onion and saute until glossy. Add in Curry Leaves.
Add in Chopped Squid Pieces and keep sauting.
Add in Salt, Turmeric Powder and Pepper Powder. Cook until they blend well.
Squid releases water. Cook until the water evaporates.
Add the ingredients listed under for Coconut Paste(coconut, Curry Leaves and Garlic) into a coarse paste.
Add it into the Squid. Cook for some time and switch off the flame.
