Banana Chia Seed Pudding

Cow’s Milk / Coconut Milk

Refined Sugar / Honey`

Instructions
I have taken boiled and cooled cows milk. If you are adding refined sugar add it in this stage. Add in chia seeds.
Leave it for 2 hours or overnight. If you are soaking it overnight leave it in the refrigerator.
Layer it in a glass. Place some sliced bananas on top of it. If you are adding honey add it in this stage.
A healthy breakfast option to enjoy on a busy week day.
Notes
Chia Seeds Absorbs water in the ratio 1:10.
Sugar can be replaced with honey for a healthier option.
