Mango Musk Melon Popsicle / Mango Cantaloupe Popsicle is a healthy dessert.
Ingredients
1.5CupChopped Musk Melon / Cantaloupe
1Mango
RequiredSugar
ΒΌCupTutti frutti
Instructions
Peel the Skin of the musk melon and mangoes. Remove the seeds from the muskmelon and mangoes. Chop them into small pieces. Add them into a blender along with sugar. Blend them into a smooth paste.
Add in tutti frutti into the smoothie. Mix them. Spoon them into Popsicle moulds. Freeze them for 6 hours to overnight.
Do not forget to show them in running room temperature water in a tap before pulling out these pops from the moulds. Enjoy these pops in this hot summer to quench the thirst. I had to click pics quickly as they were melting easily due to the terrible climate.
Notes
Even paper cups can be used as Popsicle moulds.
Add sugar only if the fruits are not sweet enough.
After freezing the sweetness tends to reduce so adjust sugar accordingly.
