Add all the ingredients mentioned under to marinate and leave it for 30 minutes.
Add all the ingredients mentioned under to grind and paste into a blender and blend them into a smooth paste. Set it aside.
Heat oil in a wok and add in mustard and cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.
Add in onion and saute until glossy. Add in curry leaves and saute them.
Add in the green paste. Saute them. Add in the marinated prawns and saute them.
Cook until the water released from the prawns evaporates and the prawns blend well with the masala.
Flavoural Prawns Curry Leaves Masala is now ready to serve.
Notes
Prawns take very less time to cook. Do not cook for a long time or they would turn rubbery.
Do not increase the amount of curry leaves or the dish turns bitter.
Add small onion adds more taste to the recipe.
