Instructions
Blend the roasted Channa Dal in a blender and blend them into a fine powder.
Heat oil in a wok and add in mustard and allow them to splutter.
Add in onion and saute until glossy.
Add in capsicum and saute them for few minutes.
Add in salt to taste.
Add in turmeric powder, Chilli powder and Coriander powder and saute until the masalas blend well.
Add in the roasted channa dal powder and saute them until it blends completely.
Finally garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
Serve hot with chapathis.
