Ingredients
200GramsButton Mushrooms
1Onion
10Small Garlic Pods
1TeaspoonPepper Powder
Coriander LeavesFistful
1.5TablespoonOil
1TeaspoonCumin Seeds
Instructions
Wash and clean the mushrooms.
Remove the centre portion of the capsicum and chop them. Chop the onion into smaller pieces.
Heat oil in a wok and add in cumin seeds. when they are roasted add in finely chopped garlic.
Saute for 30 seconds, then add in onion and saute until glossy.
Add in the Capsicum and saute them for 2 minutes.
Add in the chopped mushroom and saute them. Mushroom releases some water. Saute until the water disappears and the veggies are cooked well.
Add in salt to taste and Pepper powder. Cook until they blend well with the masalas. If the mixture is very dry then sprinkle few spoons of water and saute them.
