Ingredients
To Pressure Cook
250GramsMutton Liver
¼CupWater
1TeaspoonSalt
½TeaspoonTurmeric Powder
For Tampering
1TablespoonOil
1TeaspoonCumin Seeds
2Cloves
1inchCinnamon
1Star Anise
2Bay Leaves
1Mace
2Cardamom
Other Ingredients
½CupCabbage
1TablespoonGinger Garlic Paste
½TeaspoonTurmeric Powder
1TeaspoonChilli Powder
2TeaspoonCoriander Powder
½TeaspoonCumin Powder

Instructions
Wash the mutton liver and add them into a pressure cooker.
Add in turmeric powder, salt and water. Close the pressure cooker and pressure cook for 3 whistles in medium flame. Switch off the flame. Allow the pressure cooker to release pressure on its own. Open the pressure cooker and set them aside.
Heat oil in a wok.
Add in cumin seeds and allow them to splutter.
Add in Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom, Mase, Star Anise, Bay Leaves. Saute until nice aroma comes out.
Add in the cooked Mutton Liver. Saute for 2 minutes.
Add in Cabbage and Ginger Garlic Paste. Keep cooking until raw smell goes off.
Add in Cumin Powder, Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder and Coriander powder and saute until the masalas blend well.
Mutton Liver Cabbage Masala is now ready to serve.
