Crispy Ladys Finger Fry / Kurkuri Bhindi is a nice side dish with kichadi
Remove the top and bottom of the Ladys Finger. Chop the ladys finger into 1 inch pieces. Add them into a mixing bowl.
Add in Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder and Salt to taste.
Add in Ajwain seeds. Give a quick mix.
Add in Corn Flour, Rice Flour.
Add in Gram flour. Mix gently.
Get Ready with hot oil. Sprinkle the Ladys finger mixture. Deep fry them.
Remove them from oil and leave in an absorbent paper for the excess oil to be removed.
Ladys Finger Crisp fry is now ready to serve.
