Instructions
Remove the stem portion from the dry red chillis.
Dry roast them until they start darkening.
Allow them to cool them and blend the into coarse powder.
Fresh Red Chilli flakes are now ready to be used in recipes.
Notes
Keep stirring while dry roasting or the chillis might burn and spoil the taste.
Blend them within 30 minutes of roasting them or it might not be crispy enough to get the proper coarse powder.
Keeps good up to months.
