Instructions
Heat Milk in a sauce pan. Add in Tea Leaves or granules.
Bring it to boil. So that the Tea granules infuses with milk. Now add in cleaned and washed mint leaves.
Simmer the flame and leave it for 2 or 3 minutes. Add in Jaggery Powder and switch off the flame.
Give a quick stir.
Now strain the tea mixture.
Refreshing mint tea is now ready.
Notes
I used Taj Mahal tea.
Jaggery powder can also be replaced by refined sugar
I like to prepare tea only with milk. But you can still substitute a portion of it with water as per you taste.
½ Cup Can be replaced with ½ Cup water.
