Instructions
Peel Garlic pods and set aside.
Heat oil in a wok. Add in garlic pods and saute them. When they are cooked well then add in curry leaves, tamarind and dry red chillis.
Roast it for few minutes. Switch off the flame.
Cool down the mixture. Add all the ingredients together in a blender and blend them into a coarse paste.
Garlic Curry leaves chutney is now ready to serve.
Notes
I like to have the chutney as a coarse paste. If you want them as a fine paste then blend them fine.
