It is usually served with steamed rice. Really easy to prepare in minutes. The yummy tangy flavor simply makes you yearn for more and more. You can use any other oil but using coconut oil gives an authentic taste of Kerala. Pulissery generally makes use of seasonal fruits like Ripe Mangoes, Banana or Pineapples.
