    Mango Sago Pudding

    Mango Sago Pudding is a delicious and interesting pudding. It can be prepared with very less effort. I am still able to get mangoes. This pudding tastes best when served chill. Mango sago pudding is simply a delicious treat. Checkout other Kheer/Payasam Recipes here.

    Mango Sago Pudding

    Mango Sago Pudding 

    Ingredients

    • ½ Cup Fresh Cream
    • ½ Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
    • ⅓ Cup Sago
    • Water As Required
    • ⅓ Cup Mangoes Chopped

    Instructions

    • Soak sago in water for 30 minutes.
    • Cook sago until soft. Drain the excess water and set them aside.
    • Add in fresh cream and condensed milk and mix them gently until they reach a smooth consistency.
    • Add in cooked sago and mix the gently.
    • Add in chopped mangoes and mix them gently.
    • Serve the Mango Sago Pudding chilled.

    Notes

    • Tastes best when served chill.
