    Rose Ladoo, This is what I landed into when I was searching for some unique recipe for posting it for Ganesh Chaturthi. The original recipe calls out to make modaks but I loved to make ladoos. This is very easy and 3 ingredient ladoo. Ready in minutes. Just as you need all the three ingredients, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Desiccated coconut and Rose Syrup. Rose Syrup can be replaced with any flavoured syrup. My Little one is all smiles for rose flavour and Anything with condensed milk. This is one another reason that pushed me to go with this recipe.     Prep time: 20 Min
    Recipe type: Sweet | Cuisine: Indian | Yield / Serves: 10 small ladoos
    Taste: Sweet

    Ingredients:

    Desiccated Coconut– 1 cup + 2 tablespoon for rolling the ladoos
    Sweetened Condensed Milk – ½ Cup
    Rose Syrup/Extract – 1 tablespoon

    Step by Step Photos on how to make Rose Ladoo:

    1. Take the Desiccated Coconut in a bowl. Add in the Condensed Milk slowly. Mix them together. Add the Rose Syrup. Add the remaining condensed milk. Mix them into dough consistency. Add the condensed milk little by little and stop when it is in the dough consistency.

    2. Roll them into ladoos with your palm.

    3. Roll the ladoos in desiccated coconut.

    Tips:

    • While adding Condensed milk into desiccated coconut do not add it in one go add it little by little or the mixture would become watery.

    Rose Ladoo can be served as an after meal dessert or a festive recipe..
