For sauting Prawns

Instructions
For Sauting Prawns
Heat butter in a Pan. Clean and Chop the prawns. Add the prawns into butter.
Saute for few minutes.
Add in chilli powder, Pepper Powder, Turmeric powder and salt to taste.
Saute until the masalas blend well. switch off the flame.
For omelette
Break open 2 eggs into a mixing bowl.
Add in the sauted prawns.
Add in Chopped onion, Chopped Coriander leaves and salt to taste. Whisk them
Heat Butter in a pan. Spoon in half the quantity of egg mixture.
Cook for few minutes and flip sides. Cook again for some more time.
Now the Prawn Omelette is now ready to serve.

Chop the prawns if you are using a big prawns
Do not over cook the prawns.
