Prawn Omelette has its unique taste and style. Prawn omelette is a nice twist to the regular omelette with Vegetables. Since sauted prawns are added it gives a nice taste to the omelette. This omelette can be served as a breakfast or lunch.

Prawn Omelette
Ingredients
For sauting Prawns
- 1 Teaspoon Butter
- 15 Prawns
- ¼ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Pepper Powder
- Salt to taste
For Omelette
- 3 eggs
- ½ Onion Chopped
- 2 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1 Teaspoon Butter
Instructions
For Sauting Prawns
- Heat butter in a Pan. Clean and Chop the prawns. Add the prawns into butter.
- Saute for few minutes.
- Add in chilli powder, Pepper Powder, Turmeric powder and salt to taste.
- Saute until the masalas blend well. switch off the flame.
For omelette
- Break open 2 eggs into a mixing bowl.
- Add in the sauted prawns.
- Add in Chopped onion, Chopped Coriander leaves and salt to taste. Whisk them
- Heat Butter in a pan. Spoon in half the quantity of egg mixture.
- Cook for few minutes and flip sides. Cook again for some more time.
- Now the Prawn Omelette is now ready to serve.

- Chop the prawns if you are using a big prawns
- Do not over cook the prawns.
- Adjust the spices as per your taste

- Heat Butter in a pan. Add in the cleaned and chopped prawms amd start sauting.

2. Saute the prawns. Add in salt to taste.

3. Add in Black Pepper Powder and Red Chilli Powder.

4. Add in Turmeric Powder and keep sauting.

5. Saute until the masalas blend well with the Prawns.

6. Add in 3 eggs into a mixing bowl. Add in the Saute prawns.

7. Add in chopped onion and chopped Coriander leaves.

8. Mix the egg mixture.

9. Heat butter in a pan. Spoon in the egg mixture. Cook for few minutes.

10. Flip sides and cook for few minutes.

Tasty Prawn Omelette is now ready to serve.
