Instructions
To Pressure Cook
Slice the jackfruit seeds into 4 pieces vertically and remove the whitish skin.
Add them into a pressure cooker. Add in salt and required water.
Pressure cook for 2-3 whistles. switch off the flame and allow the pressure to release on its own.
Drain the excess water and set aside.
For Jackfruit seed Stir Fry
Heat oil in a wok. Add in Fennel seeds and allow them to splutter.
Add in onion and saute until glossy. Add in Curry leaves and saute them.
Add in tomatoes and salt to taste and saute until mushy.
Add in ginger garlic paste and saute them.
Add in turmeric powder, Pepper Powder, Chilli Powder and Coriander powder and saute for few minutes.
Add in the boiled Jackfruit seeds and saute until the masalas blend well.
