Murungai Keerai Poriyal / Drumstick Leaves Stir Fry is a healthy side dish

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Drumstick Leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Urad Dal
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Mustard
  • 2 Dry Red Chillis
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 3 Tablespoon Coconut Grated
  • Salt To Taste
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a wok. Add in mustard and urad dal. Allow them to splutter. Add in dry red chillis. Add in onion and saute them until glossy.

  2. Add in Drumstick leaves and start sauting them.

  3. Sprinkle few tablespoons of water and keep sauting until the leaves are cooked soft.

  4. Add in grated coconut and saute for few mins until the coconut blends well with the green leaves.

  5. Nutritious Drumstick Leaves stir fry is now ready to serve.
