Murungai Keerai Poriyal / Drumstick Leaves Stir Fry is a powerhouse of nutrients. It is simple and easy recipe to make this stir fry. Though i are not great fan of drumstick leaves, due to the high content of nutrition i make it a point to add it into diet, atleast once in a week. It is time consuming to remove the stalks from the green leaves but considering the nutrition content in these leaves it is negligible. It is a great food for diabeties and people trying to loose weight. My little girl would not even turn to its side when this is served in table. So i have a good alternate Murungai Keerai Muttai Poriyal / Egg Drumstick Leaves stir fry to make her eat these greens. Checkout other Stir Fry recipes available in this space
