Sesame Balls / Ellu Urundai
Sesame Balls / Ellu Urundai is a filling and healthy snack.
Servings: 10 Balls
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Black Sesame Seeds
- ⅓ Cup Black Jaggery / Palm Jaggery / Karupatti Powdered
Instructions
- Dry roast the sesame seeds until they splutter. Set aside and cool them completely. Grate the black jaggery.
- Cool down the sesame seeds. Add them into a blender with Jaggery and grind them. The powdered mixture looks oily which is enough to roll them into ladoos.
- A filling and healthy snack is now ready.

- The number of balls completely depends on the size of balls.
