    Ellu Urundai / Sesame Balls / Til Ladoo However it is called is one of the traditional recipes prepared for Ganesh Chaturthi. It is so easy and no cook recipe. It is prepared in minutes with very less effort. Ellu urundai is believed to be one of the favourite dish that is offered to Lord Ganesha during Vinayagar Chaturti.     Sesame Balls / Ellu Urundai

    Sesame Balls / Ellu Urundai is a filling and healthy snack.
    Servings: 10 Balls

    Ingredients

    • 1 Cup Black Sesame Seeds
    • ⅓ Cup Black Jaggery / Palm Jaggery / Karupatti Powdered

    Instructions

    • Dry roast the sesame seeds until they splutter. Set aside and cool them completely. Grate the black jaggery.
    • Cool down the sesame seeds. Add them into a blender with Jaggery and grind them. The powdered mixture looks oily which is enough to roll them into ladoos.
    • A filling and healthy snack is now ready.

    Notes

    • The number of balls completely depends on the size of balls.
