    Palm Fruit Rose Milk Popsicle

    Palm Fruit Rose Milk Popsicle is a delicious frozen dessert.

    Ingredients

    • 2 Tablespoon Rose Extract
    • 1.5 Cups Milk
    • 3 Ice Apple / Nungu/ Palm fruit Peeled and Chopped

    Instructions

    • Remove the outer skin of the palm fruit / Nungu and chop them into small pieces.
    • Add in Rose Extract, milk and palm fruits and stir them.
    • Get ready with the popsicle molds. Fill them with the nungu rose milk.
    • Cover them. Place them in the freezer until they harden.
    • Leave them in the refrigerator  overnight or until they harden.
    • Hold the Popsicle in running tap water so that the popsicles are loosened and they are easy to pull out from the mold
    • Delicious popsicles are now ready to serve.

    Notes

    • Even paper cups can be used instead of popsicle molds.
    • The number of popsicles completely depends on the size of popsicle molds used.

    1. Remove the outer skin of the palm fruit / Nungu and chop them into small pieces.Nungu sharbet
    2. Add in Rose Extract, milk and palm fruits and stir them.Nungu Rose Milk
    3. Get ready with the popsicle molds. Fill them with the nungu rose milk.
    4. Cover them. Place them in the freezer until they harden.
    5. I had left them in the freezer overnight. In the morning i had took them out and placed in the kitchen counter for 2 minutes and yes the climate here is very hot. The popsicles loosened and i could easily pull them out. As an alternate show them in running water so the popsicle loosens and it becomes easy to pull out of the mold. nungu Rose Milk popsicle
