Mutton Kheema Dosa/ Mutton Kari Dosa is the delicious dosa prepared by stuffing mutton kheema masala on the top along with onion and coriander.

For Mutton Kheema Masala
1tblspnOil
1tspCumin Seeds
1OnionChopped
2SprigCurry Leaves
1TomatoChopped
Salt to taste
1.5tspCoriander Powder
1tspChilli Powder
1tsp Pepper Powder
1tspGaram Masala Powder
½tspTurmeric Powder
250GramsMutton Mince Meat
For the Topping
1Egg
Coriander LeavesFistful
1OnionChopped
salt to taste
Instructions
For the Mutton Kheema Masala
Heat Oil in a wok. Add in Cumin and allow them to splutter.
Add in Onion and Curry Leaves and saute until glossy.
Add in tomatoes and cook them soft.
Add in Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Pepper Powder, Garam Masala Powder and Coriander powder. Add water if the mixture is dry. Saute them.
Add in the Mutton Mince Meat. Cook them until the mutton is cooked soft. Sprinkle water if the mixture gets dry while cooking. Cook until all the water evaporates. Switch off the flame.
Allow the kheema mixture to cool down.
For the Mutton Kheema Topping
Add the Mutton Kheema into a bowl. Add in egg, Coriander Leaves and Chopped onion and salt to taste. Mix them gently
For Kari Dosa
Heat a dosa tawa. Grease with oil. Sppon in the dosa batter. Spread the dosa.
Add the Mutton Kheema Topping Spread it on top of the dosa. Sprinkle some oil.
Cook in low flame until one side cooks. Flip the dosa and cook the other side in low flame.
Now Mutton Kheema dosa / Mutton Kari dosa is ready to serve.
