Mutton Kheema Dosa/ Mutton Kari Dosa is a thick pancake in south Indian style with Mutton Kheema stuffed on to the top of the Dosa. The Mutton Kheema filling is prepared first. It is then layered on top of the Dosa along with Coriander leaves, Onion and Eggs. It is served along with Salna and is simply delicious.

Mutton Kheema Dosa/ Mutton Kari Dosa
Mutton Kheema Dosa/ Mutton Kari Dosa is the delicious dosa prepared by stuffing mutton kheema masala on the top along with onion and coriander.
Servings: 2 Dosas
Ingredients
- 4 Ladle Dosa Batter
- Oil For greasing
For Mutton Kheema Masala
- 1 tblspn Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 2 Sprig Curry Leaves
- 1 Tomato Chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1.5 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 250 Grams Mutton Mince Meat
For the Topping
- 1 Egg
- Coriander Leaves Fistful
- 1 Onion Chopped
- salt to taste
Instructions
For the Mutton Kheema Masala
- Heat Oil in a wok. Add in Cumin and allow them to splutter.
- Add in Onion and Curry Leaves and saute until glossy.
- Add in tomatoes and cook them soft.
- Add in Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Pepper Powder, Garam Masala Powder and Coriander powder. Add water if the mixture is dry. Saute them.
- Add in the Mutton Mince Meat. Cook them until the mutton is cooked soft. Sprinkle water if the mixture gets dry while cooking. Cook until all the water evaporates. Switch off the flame.
- Allow the kheema mixture to cool down.
For the Mutton Kheema Topping
- Add the Mutton Kheema into a bowl. Add in egg, Coriander Leaves and Chopped onion and salt to taste. Mix them gently
For Kari Dosa
- Heat a dosa tawa. Grease with oil. Sppon in the dosa batter. Spread the dosa.
- Add the Mutton Kheema Topping Spread it on top of the dosa. Sprinkle some oil.
- Cook in low flame until one side cooks. Flip the dosa and cook the other side in low flame.
- Now Mutton Kheema dosa / Mutton Kari dosa is ready to serve.
