    Banana Chia Seed Pudding is a healthy treat. It is fresh and light. A great option for a healthy breakfast. Chia seeds are soaked overnight and atlast garnished with bananas. Bananas can be replaced with any fruit or shaved chocolate or any choice of nuts and honey. It can be a healthy breakfast or a healthy snack or a delicious dessert. Chia seeds are a superfood and it is delightful to add them into our diet. Mango Chia seed Parfait, Pomegranate Chia Seed Pudding are some of the Chia seed recipes available in this space.

    Banana Chia Seed Pudding

    Banana Chia Seed Pudding is a Healthy Breakfast or a Desser.
    Servings: 1

    Ingredients

    • 1 Cup Cow’s Milk / Coconut Milk
    • 2 Tablespoon ChiaSeeds
    • Required Refined Sugar / Honey`
    • 1 Medium Banana Slices

    Instructions

    • I have taken boiled and cooled cows milk. If you are adding refined sugar add it in this stage. Add in chia seeds.
    • Leave it for 2 hours or overnight. If you are soaking it overnight leave it in the refrigerator.
    • Layer it in a glass. Place some sliced bananas on top of it. If you are adding honey add it in this stage.
    • A healthy breakfast option to enjoy on a busy week day.

    Notes

    • Chia Seeds Absorbs water in the ratio 1:10.
    • Sugar can be replaced with honey for a healthier option.
