Capsicum Paratha is a colorful and healthy paratha. The vibrant colors of the bellpeppers makes the paratha interesting. I have spiced the bellpeppers with indian masala and sauted them. Then added it into the wheat flour and rolled out into beautiful parathas. Capsicum parathas can be served with spiced yogurt and pickle. It can also be served with any side dish for rotis . I served this with Corn and Palak Masala. Will share the recipe tomorrow
